Our review of the annotated history reveals the following legislative history (every “c.” below represents a separate legislative bill):
Prior History: Former uncodified § 19.12 (4th parag), added 1963, c. 1414 to the 1931 Act (c. 1020)
Current:
Added: 1965, c. 75
Amended: 1979, c. 133 to add the comma after “any fiscal year”, to delete “together with any sums raised in that fiscal year by any general tax or assessment in such zone or zones,” before “shall not produce”, and substitute all that part following “district purposes” for “in excess of the maximum which the district could have raised by such general tax or assessment under this division in such zone or zones without the addition o any ground water charge”.
