• 1984, c. 407: inserted, in the introductory paragraph of subd. (a), “all of” following “value which includes”; deleted from the end of subd. (a)(1) “and”; inserted subd. (a)(3); added to the end of the introductory paragraph of subd. (b) “which satisfy both of the following conditions”; substituted in subd. (b)(1) “The development is” for “Which are”; deleted former subd. (b)(2); redesignated former subd. (b)(3) as subd. (b)(2) and deleted from the beginning “In which”; and added subd. (c).
