Our review of the annotated history reveals the following legislative history (every “c.” below represents a separate legislative bill):
Prior History:
• Former Agricultural Code § 641, related to the nature of substitutes for cheese, added 1947, c. 939 and amended in 1957, c. 121 – this former section was repealed in 1973, c. 341
• Former Food and Agricultural Code § 39521, added 1967, c. 15 related to the nature of substitutes for cheese
Current:
Added: 1985, c. 512
Amended: None thus far
