Our review of the annotated history reveals the following legislative history (every “c.” below represents a separate legislative bill):
Added: 1983, c. 1061
Amended:
• 1900, c. 844: inserted subdivision (h) relating to disclosure if more than 50% of referrals are to one individual or entity.
• 1993, c. 648: in the first sentence deleted “the provisions of” following “Notwithstanding” and substituted “if all of the following conditions are met” for “for so long as”; in subdivision (b) added “and subdivisions (i) and (l) of Section 1680” following “Section 651”; inserted subdivision (i), relating to the statement form; and inserted the paragraph relating to the suspension or revocation of the registration of any service.
