• 1967, c. 650 to insert the words “a legal opinion formed and the” following “includes: near the end.
• 1994, c. 186 to add the last sentence, relating to confidentiality of communications transmitted by fax, cell phone or other electronic means and also made gender changes.
• 1994, c. 587 – see above – we would need to review both 1994 bills to determine which one made the change of interest to you in 1994.
• 2002, c. 72 to delete the former last sentence.

Tracing Statutory Language:
